We provide delivery services throughout Kenya. For international shipping, please contact us directly to inquire about available options.

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation of payment.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your order’s status.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Perishable items, software, or digital products.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred, once the issue has been verified.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
